Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy & Terms of Service Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time with no questions asked. If an event is canceled prior to your first scheduled pickup time, you may cancel your reservation, and a full refund will be issued. Refunds: A full refund will be provided for cancellations made according to the above terms. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time. Liability: The company is not liable for mechanical breakdowns that may occur during a charter. In the rare event of such an issue, we will work with you to reschedule and make up the lost time on a mutually agreed date. Damage Responsibility: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the limousine caused by them or any members of their party during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to: Carpet or Seat Burns: $200 per occurrence. Sanitation Fee: $250, applicable for any necessary cleaning due to spills, excessive dirt, or bodily fluids. Prohibited Activities: Smoking & Drug Use: Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited during the ride. Any fines resulting from such activities will be the responsibility of the client. Standing Through the Sunroof: It is illegal and dangerous to stand through the sunroof. This behavior is strictly forbidden. Driver’s Discretion: The driver reserves the right to terminate the ride without a refund if there is any blatant misconduct by the client(s). Smoking is not permitted in some of our vehicles and is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime: Overtime pay will apply after the initially agreed-upon rental period.
